The newest game in the Monster Hunter series will feature Metroid content, allowing you to hunt monsters as Samus herself.
Capcom released the Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate trailer above today, which shows off Samus wielding a variety of weapons, from an enormously oversized gun to a bow-and-arrow to a handful of melee weapons. She'll apparently be able to wear both her Varia Suit and Zero Suit.
No other details were offered on how this content will be made available in North America. In Japan, Kotaku reports it will be available as a limited-time download.
This Metroid crossover is not Ultimate's only Nintendo-themed content; there are also Animal Crossing costumes, as well as a Link costume (with accompanying weapons), coming to the game.
Ultimate is an enhanced version of Monster Hunter 4 headed to 3DS. It launches later this week in Japan, and is expected out in early 2015 in North America.
