Ubisoft's Immortals: Fenyx Rising--the game formerly known as Gods & Monsters--will apparently launch on December 3 according to an early Microsoft Store listing. The studio is set to re-announce the game and delve into more details during its next Ubisoft Forward event on September 10, but it looks like Microsoft has jumped the gun.

The listing, which was spotted by Twitter user Wario64, has since been removed, but not before providing us with more information (and some screenshots) on the next project from Assassin's Creed: Odyssey studio Ubisoft Quebec.

"Immortals: Fenyx Rising brings grand mythological adventure to life," read the store page's description. "Play as Fenyx, on a quest to save the Greek gods from a dark curse. Wield the powers of the gods to battle powerful mythological beasts in the air or on the ground, and solve ancient puzzles. The fate of the world is at stake--you are the gods' last hope."

Immortals: Fenyx Rising is an open-world game that spans seven unique and stylized regions. The description says you'll be able to wield the powers of the gods, including Achilles' sword and Daidalos' wings, to solve puzzles and battle mythological beasts like Cyclops and Medusa. Combat is described as dynamic, taking place both in the air and on the ground, as you utilize skills and diverse weapons such as self-guiding arrows and telekinesis to deal devastating damage.

This is our first glimpse of the game since it was announced at E3 2019.

The upcoming game also makes use of Microsoft's Smart Delivery technology. This means you'll be able to buy it once and play it on either Xbox One or Xbox Series X.

Immortals: Fenyx Rising is planned for release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, PC, and Stadia.
