Netflix's Cobra Kai Reunites For Season 6 In New Table Read Video

Cobra Kai is one of Netflix's longest-running shows, but all good things must eventually come to an end. The show's large cast recently reunited in a video promoting Cobra Kai's sixth and final season, which featured hijinks, a table read, and a few hints as to what might come next.

The video features much of Cobra Kai's cast, including Johnny (William Zabka), Daniel (Ralph Macchio), Miguel (Xolo Maridueña), Amanda (Courtney Henggeler), and more. Conspicuous by their absence were season 5 villain Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith) and recurring Big Bad John Kreese (Martin Kove), who are virtually guaranteed to figure into the new season.

Cobra Kai was renewed for its sixth season back in January, with co-creators Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg thanking the fans for their support and further stating that this next season will end the series on their terms. Season 5 ended with Daniel and Johnny's combined dojo (which still remains nameless) defeating Silver and declaring victory. However, at the same time, Kreese managed to fake his own death to escape from prison, which means that he'll likely make a return to action in the coming episodes.

Season 6 was set to begin production in May, but it has been put on hold amid the ongoing WGA strike. As such, it does not currently have a release date.
