SIDEBAR: The Jason Bourne series of action spy flicks can be readily identified by their star, Matt Damon, and their hyperkinetic atmosphere, from camera movement to plot pacing. While Sierra Entertainment's upcoming game inspired by the original Robert Ludlum Bourne novels won't feature Damon's likeness, it could still match the dynamic tone of the popular films.

To that end, Sierra today announced that The Bourne Conspiracy's score will be handled by renowned DJ and producer Paul Oakenfold. Calling himself a longtime fan of the series, Oakenfold said in a statement that "the pace of the game is an ideal match for my musical tempo and style."

Gamers eager to get a taste of what to expect from the Bourne Conspiracy soundtrack can catch selections of the score performed live by Oakenfold and members of the Florida Classical Symphony. Dubbed "The Bourne Sessions," the concert will take place Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern at the Winter Music Conference 2008 in Miami, and will feature an appearance by Gnarls Barkley's Cee-Lo Green.

Interested parties will be able to check out a live webcast of the concert courtesy of Sierra and Yahoo! Live.
