Diablo, Blizzard's insanely popular PC RPG, is currently being ported to the PlayStation by Climax Enterprises Ltd. and is slated for a March '98 release by Electronic Arts.

The PlayStation version will boast larger characters, a separate character-saving option that will allow players to reuse single-player characters in multiplayer, and a two-player multiplayer mode. The multiplayer option will take place on a single screen, which will probably force players to stick together, as opposed to the PC version, which allowed the four players to go anywhere they wanted.

Take a look at these early screenshots of Diablo PlayStation, which show a bit of the game's tweaked interface.
