The Teak Mask, the first of two DLCs for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, introduces a new area called Kitakami, which you can take a school field trip to. This new area features a ton of returning Pokemon and a few new ones as well. One of the returning Pokemon is a fan favorite from Black and White, Chandelure, the final evolution of Litwick. Chandelure is a fire-ghost type that looks like a chandelier. Getting to the final form of this Pokemon requires a special item, here's everything you need to know about evolving Lampent into Chandelure.

First, you will need to catch yourself a Litwick. The Pokedex Habitat map places them directly in the center of the map near the Infernal Pass, as well as the northeastern corner of the map. Litwick primarily appears at night. Litwick evolves into Lampent at level 41, but all the wild Litwicks in Kitakami are going to be way above that level, meaning once they level up once, Litwick will evolve into Lampent.

Getting Lampent to evolve into Chandelure only requires you to give it a Dusk Stone. Dusk Stones can be found one of two ways. The first is that there is a static pick up of a Dusk Stone in Montenevera in the main region of Scarlet and Violet. It can be found in a Pokeball behind the Montenevera gym. The second is that it can be found by chance in the wild via random Pokeball pick ups.
