PS Plus Free Games For September 2021 Available Now
A trio of games are free for PlayStation Plus subscribers in September, including Hitman 2.
The new batch of free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers is available now. PS5 users can snag Overcooked: All You Can Eat. Meanwhile, the PS4 freebies (playable on PS5) include Hitman 2 and Predator: Hunting Grounds. All three games are available to claim until October 4.
Overcooked: All You Can Eat includes all of the content in Overcooked and Overcooked 2, including all of the post-launch DLC, in one package. Both Overcooked games are frantic cooking games designed to be played cooperatively either online or on the couch. Overcooked requires great teamwork and communication. Though the chaotic pace can be stressful at times, Overcooked's lighthearted tone leads to lots of laughs, too.
Hitman 2 is worth checking out for free to see if you'd enjoy Hitman 3, which released earlier this year. It earned an 8/10 in our Hitman 2 review thanks to its great level design and inventive mechanics that promote experimentation.
Predator: Hunting Grounds is an asymmetrical multiplayer game based on the popular Predator franchise where one player can control the titular monster to hunt down others players. Though it wasn't well-received at launch, now's your chance to check it out for free to see if you like the loop.
