This new trailer explores how The Chinese Room has developed its next story.

The Chinese Room has developed a reputation for thought-provoking, emotional narratives thanks to games like Dear Esther and Everybody's Gone To The Rapture. Its next endeavor, Still Wakes The Deep, launches next month, and we have an exclusive new trailer that gives a behind-the-scenes look at how the team has crafted its next story.

The minidoc features interviews with lead designer Rob McLachlan and creative director John McCormack, who speak about the characters and setting of the game, and how each was developed with connection and human relationships in mind. The interviews are highlighted by never-before-seen gameplay footage of the rig, its inhabitants, and more.
