This Limited-Edition Doom Eternal Figure Is An Tiny Demon-Killing Machine

Bethesda is releasing a new miniature collectibles lineup based on Doom Eternal, starting with a limited-edition Doom Slayer.

Bethesda has unveiled a new collection of limited-edition miniatures based on characters from Doom Eternal. Naturally, the first miniature is the Doom Slayer, which releases in August and is available to pre-order now for $30 exclusively at Bethesda Gear. Though Doom Slayer is mostly known for ripping through demons and leaving bloody messes in his wake, this figure is actually quite cute--probably because it's so tiny.

Only 5,000 hand-sculpted Doom Slayer mini figures will be produced, so if you're interested in building up your own little Doom figure collection, you should pre-order as soon as possible. The Doom Slayer figure wears the Praetor Suit from the game, wields the Doomblade, and has a flamethrower attached to his shoulder.

The figure is made out of high-quality polyresin and is hand-painted. It comes in at 3.25 inches tall and 2.5 inches wide and weighs about three ounces. You'll also get a free Doom Eternal sticker with your purchase.

More figures from Doom Eternal are on the horizon, too, but Bethesda hasn't hinted at which characters will get the miniature treatment just yet.

The game itself earned an 8/10 in GameSpot's Doom Eternal review. "Though it can take a bit to get the hang of it, the intricacies of Doom Eternal's combat, combined with its enhanced mobility and option-heavy level design, create a ton of white-knuckle moments that elevate everything that made Doom 2016 work so well. Its combat is just as quick and chaotic, but requires you to constantly analyze everything that's happening in order to come out victorious," critic Phil Hornshaw wrote.
