Sierra has released a new beta upgrade for Tribes 2, its team-based shooter. The upgrade was created by GarageGames, a game technology developer made up of part of the team that created Tribes 2. The new patch, which can be downloaded from the links below, fixes a variety of issues with the game and adds new mission editing tools. For a full list of changes and fixes, visit the official Sierra Web site.

Tribes 2 was developed by Sierra's Dynamix game studio and released in March 2001. Sierra shut down the developer last August, and it later reached an agreement with GarageGames to develop an update to fix the remaining issues in the game.
