Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India arrives next week on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
While a lot of discussion this week has been around the rumors that the main Assassin's Creed franchise will skip 2016, there is indeed a new game in the series coming out this year. Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India arrives next week, and today, Ubisoft released a detailed video overview for the downloadable game.

Set in 19th century India, the game puts players into the role of Assassins Arbaaz Mir. He's fighting to stop a Master Templar from stealing the Koh-i-noor diamond and to rescue his love interest.
In addition to the main storyline, there are challenge rooms to take on and multiple difficulty options.
Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India is the second entry in the 2.5D series. The first, released last year, was set in China. The next takes place in Russia and arrives on February 9.
The Assassin's Creed Chronicles series is developed by Climax Studios (Silent Hill: Shattered Memories) with support from Ubisoft Montreal.
You can buy thee Assassin's Creed Chronicles games for $10 each through digital channels for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The Trilogy Pack sells for $30, meaning it's more of a convenience bundle than anything else.
