Watch This Amazing Star Wars Theme Metal Cover

Metal band Galactic Empire has a new Star Wars video out--and it's pretty incredible. Not only does the group totally nail its heavy version of John Williams' iconic theme music, but the band members are dressed up as Star Wars villains to really sell it even more. Take a look (via EW):

"These instruments are crude but should be adequate to shred some faces as we journey across the galaxy," the band's guitarist told Revolver.

Full performance and production credits for the video are available in its YouTube description. The video is closing in on 900,000 views since it went up on December 17.

YouTube commenter Diego Reyes also offered a gem of a comment, providing a specifically metal take on the seven movies and a few main characters. Here's what Diego wrote:
