Xbox Game Pass For October 2021 Includes 11 More Games

Microsoft has announced the second wave of titles coming to Xbox Game Pass in October, while the company also updated the list of Game Pass titles that support touch controls on mobile. A total of 11 more games are arriving on Game Pass in the second half of October.

Arriving today, October 19, is the retro-FPS roguelite Into the Pit on console, cloud, and PC, while People Can Fly's shooter Outriders joins the catalog on PC (it was already available for Game Pass on console).

On October 21, Microsoft will add the fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ to the Game Pass catalog across console and the cloud, while the turn-based battler Echo Generation releases day one on Game Pass that day for console, cloud, and PC. The single-player spaceship shooter Everspace 2 joins Game Preview for Game Pass members on PC on October 21 as well.

Microsoft's own Age of Empires IV comes to Game Pass on PC on October 28 at launch. The real-time strategy game has players battling it out in historical battles. Alan Wake's American Nightmare also comes to Game Pass on October 28, and it'll be available for console and PC. This standalone expansion sees players taking on a new evil, Mr. Scratch.

The post-noir adventure game Backbone, which has you playing as a raccoon detective, comes to Game Pass on console on October 28 as well, alongside the fishing game Bassmaster Fishing 2022 for console, cloud, and PC, which releases that day into Game Pass.

The action platformer roguelike Nongunz: Doppleganger Edition comes to Game Pass for console, cloud, and PC on October 28 as well, while one of 2021's best games overall, the timeloop game The Forgotten City, lands on Game Pass that day, too, for console, cloud, and PC.
