Pros:
- Graphics
- Convincing colonial world
- Haytham is dope and Connor won me over by the end of the game
- Cool to experience some of the biggest moments of the American revolution
- Dips into nuance of the times, and of the founding fathers, without getting preachy or anti-American
- Database
Cons:
- Controls are clunky
- Left and right menus, how things are equipped, some of the weapons
- Need to equip the horse whistle
- Crafting / trading menu was convoluted enough that I made no effort to figure it out
- Long ass missions where you have to run long distances in the woods. Can’t say the ambience makes it worth it
- Too many enemies everywhere
- Climbing / free running was more satisfying in the Ezio trilogy
