The game is a shell of its former glory. When you finish a match, it takes you to a battle pass upgrade screen before anything else. To see the gun upgrades earned, you have to sit and watch the battle pass screen, "tempting you to buy stuff" for at least 10+ seconds. Then, you are finally given your progression for the match. It's terrible. You can "skip all," but you won't see what you've unlocked for your character or gun by doing that. Honestly, this game has become trash. In addition to the unbelievable emphasis on buying stuff, the progression is slow, the game is more repetitive than ever (no idea how, but it is), the guns are terrible, and unless you buy them, you are stuck with two that are serviceable for at least 3 or 4 days of playing. Play Fortnite, Apex, or anything else because this game is awful. You may ask why I gave it a two... because the old-school maps look great and bring you back to when this franchise cared about making a quality product. Plus, I believe anything being rated a one should not be playable, and at least it's playable. What I don't understand is, why not balance greed with pride? Doesn't anyone want to develop something that's a good quality product? Frankly, if they did make a quality product, more people would spend money in the store, so in effect, they have shot themselves in the greedy foot by making such a trash product. DO NOT BUY THE GAME
