i played 146h on PC version, there's bugs but nothing will serious to make me stop playing it.
The game story is so good and the most of side quest is good too. Of course, the game is not perfect but it's really good.
BTW my PC specs is : GeForce RTX 2060, Ram 16 GB, possessor intel i7 9700K, Samsung SSD 870
