A letdown

Not a lot of good things to say about this one, unfortunately. That it is short is to be expected of a DLC, but the least you can do is not reuse any of the levels from the original game, and Arkane did. That's called cheating. Your weapons are pretty much the same, but your magic abilities are limited to three, and one of those is teleport, which is pretty much par for the course. The worst thing, however, is that the game lacks an antagonist, which means it lacks a good story. The Outsider, whom you are supposed to kill, is a cryptic figure, and it was obvious even in the main game that he was not entirely evil. The cult is evil, but the only reason it is your enemy is that it is in your way, which goes for all the factions in the game. There is just not a lot of motivation for you to fight them all. The only mission I really enjoyed was the bank heist, which was as good as the best missions from Dishonored 2. If only the entire DLC had been like that.
