Great idea but EA won't fix the bugs!

This is a great way to keep motivated with your exercise, and the software provides many calisthenic type activities that leave you sweating after each workout. Unfortunately, there are some major bugs with the online portion of the software. You have the option to join workout groups consisting of other people allowing you to track everyone's progress. EA provides a website that gives you even more information and workout history. All of this broke several weeks ago and there seems to be no rush by them to fix it. I can't even connect online through the game anymore! Unacceptable, especially after forking out this kind of cash. This issue has also been reported by many others (check their forums). It's unfortunate that their support is lacking this much as the idea of using my game console as a workout machine is a great one.
