Empire: Total War

never seen such a buggy game. I cant play this game on windows 7

I am in love with medieval 2 total war so I gave a chance to empire total war to win my heart. At first, everything was great. But when my empire grew, the game started to crash to desktop. I searched internet, forums and realized that game has a "memory issue". I have an update PC, runs crisis, civilization 5, dragon age:origins, mass effect 2, smoothly. But when it comes to Empire total war, I cannot finish single campaign. I want my money back !!!
