Good, not great.
Story:
You start off in your village, its your birthday and you've been invited to the castle. You find out the princess has been captured (surprise surprise!) and the king asks you to rescue her. When you save her, the quest then turns to the curse, which has transformed everyone to stone. After that the main storyline starts, which revolves around stopping the curse.
Graphics:
The graphics are quite good. The armor and weapons you wear show on your character which is nice. The world is quite detailed and colorful.
Gameplay.
It revolves around the crown system, which is cool. In battles however, you can not choose which enemy to target, which is not cool. In battles your characters have five action points to use, and each spell or technique costs action points. It gets fun, as theres a lot of strategy when theres 4 characters, but not when theres one. unfortunately, for the vast majority of the game, you command only one character
The main problem with the game is that everything already has been done by previous final fantasies. the story, the gameplay, etc. Overall its a very mediocre game which you will probably play when you have nothing better to do. To be honest there are worse games out there, but I would recomend you try DQ 9 and Golden Sun before this
