Download Manager Installation Problems

Hi,

I have just become an All Access member, and have downloaded the Download Manager.

When I try to install it, it keeps saying that the Current Version needs to be closed or removed using Add/Remove Programs, however, this is the first time I have ever tried to install the program.

Any help is appreciated.
