You can become a subscriber if you live in the UK. However you won't be able to win prizes for the Plus level. 19.99 USD United States Dollars = 15.3645 EUR Euro According to a money converter I used.

He's after pounds, not Euros.  I don't recall the exact exchange rate, but USD$1.80 is about GBP£1.00 and thus USD$19.99 is around GBP£11.11 (mental calculation given what I know).

I live in the UK and i am a Total Access subscriber. It cost me £21 for a years subscription plus £1.50 for the conversion (thats what my bank charges). Find out how much your bank charges for the conversion and add it on to the £11 (roughly) for plus.

BTW, awesome currency converter here: http://www.xe.com/ucc/ Don't forget that your credit card company will likely add a fee on top of the currency exchange. (Well, they do in the US anyway, I don't know about anywhere else.)

The UK do. It was a total of £1.50 for the exchange. I think it depends on what bank you are with though, well if it is a debit card which mine is.
