Hi guys, I used to be a mod here many years ago but left around 2012 or 2013, not sure which one. I decided to take a look back into Gamespot and logged back into my account, and though I'm able to do that, I noticed that when I click on certain links, including my profile page, it seems to go to an error page. It typically takes me to the profile page without a username:
https://www.gamespot.com/profile/
But even if I supply the username, I get the same error:
https://www.gamespot.com/profile/m0zart/
I've attached a screenshot below. In any case, I realize mods are not support, but if I did know whom to contact for support, I've long ago forgotten. Is there a specific email address or link to which I can submit this issue?
