Same as the end of last year. Meh.

The slow start of January is always gonna be the lousy month to start off after New Years and as of right now, it's okay. Playing new games or my backlog is always a nice start to keep my mind off from reality so that's a nice start for this month.

Compared to last year it's heaven.

Working a bit,playing Xbox every so often,no one bothering with me much. Pretty much my life from last year,hopefully it turns out better?

I go through a phase where I become depressed around this time of the year. (In January mainly.)

This year so far, my mental health hasn't been as bad as the years prior, so that's good I guess. As of right now, I'm eager to get my hands on a PS5. It'd be a real novelty owning a next gen console seeing as stock is so scarce in Australia at the moment.

Yeah being grateful is important, even if you don't have much. A lot of mental health people agree gratitude is something a lot of happy, successful people have in common.
