Why OT traffic diminished BUT System Wars traffic is always active?

OT used to've so much traffic till new TOS (2012). Okay, new TOS got everyone upset ( Unions got closed )and many OT users left, BUT many people still visit System Wars, why people don't visit OT anymore like before? We got very less users now including some good vets and new users, newbies Here and There.

What say you OT? :)

Yeah I never understood that either. In fact I think I never posted much on System Wars except for a couple of times. I prefer Games Discussion.

It's fun being dickheads. Hence, more visitors to SW.

I believe a lot of us got too cynical. We need to find that inner child so we can argue about religion and politics like the good ol' days. 2006 OT was awesome like that.

I always been saying this but after 2013 Gamespot revamp happen, GS lost a lot of great posters here and no one didn't like the changes here at all, how do I know, I was here, sitting and reading the posters complaints before I ever join GS and I been lurking here since 2011.

For you indzman, you go to SW more so as ever, so don't act like you're surprise why OT is a dead zone. SW is active because fanboys loves to talk shit over a damn plastic machines which I find it funny and pathetic at the same time. Sure I go over there everyday only because it's the only damn forum that's active but I hardly make threads over there and I just enjoy contributing for those who makes them but however, I totally enjoy going to Games Discussion forum since it's way more peaceful and the community isn't bad, so you pretty much find me making threads over there in Games Discussion despite it's not that active.

...politics are always a contentious issue except most conservatives are only willing to say their batshit crazy bullshit in safe-zones that's nothing but a circle jerk and very few are actually willing to go defend their ideological leanings but they do come around to vote in polls, just not anything that identifies them with the crazy camp.

I think he was SW firist dude. I've been on OT for awhile now and he is kind of recent to OT.

Anyway both forums are down in activity. SW was always just a bit busier.

Too many good users got pushed away by the change, and now with the rules changing again for the worse, I feel like OT will dry up and wither away.

But then again, that's exactly what Gamespot staff wants. Since the majority of their site traffic comes from the incredibly racist, sexist and derogatory comments they have such a hard time moderating.
