Can PSN games that are purchased on PS4 store be downloaded again from the store on PS5?

I have a question, does anyone know if the PSN games (Full digital versions of games) that you purchase on the PSN network store (PS4 store) can be downloaded on the PS5? I'm asking out of curiosity because I know the PS5 can play PS4 discs. I'm curious if it plays the PS4 digital games through the store that it has on the PS5.

Are the accounts linked by any chance where you can see purchased games that you've bought on the PS4 by using the same account on the PS5?

One thing though I recommend if you're going to get a PS 5 to make the investment in the Disc Version. The reason being is eventually PS 5 games drop on price and you can buy them off Ebay or a physical stored used and that can save you money.
