Sega Mega Drive (Can't remember name!)

I've been trying to find this game for years! Hoping someone here will know what it is. From what I can remember of 3 of the bosses, one was a Dragon, one was a giant eyeball with smaller eyeballs floating around that you had to destroy and the other boss was a cyborg/skeleton head that shot lazers from its eyes!

You could play coop as a man and a woman, and I remember to attack things in the air you had to jump-kick them. The first level was a lava level where platforms collapsed and caved in. The second was a grassy level with a waterfall behind the eyeball boss at the end and the third was a level in a factory type surrounding with cyborg skeletons that shot lazers at you.

I honestly can't find it anywhere! I played it on Sega Megadrive 2 on which Sonic 2 came with. Help meeeeee lol
