There are no ethernet ports on the Wii. I don't know why, frankly it doesn't make much sense. Maybe space issues? However, if you have a USB-to-Ethernet adapter you're good to go. Just plug it in, set the internet settings for a wired connection, and you're online.Hoffgod
There you go, you answered your own question.

I was asking why Nintendo didn't just put an ethernet port directly into the Wii. I love my Wii but that's one thing that just confuses me.It would of costed an extra $1.49 so nintendo tried to "cut cost" LOLYourExpertIts better than a 200$ Blueray add on.

Oh yes so what about that buggy poor quality HD-DVD add on for the 360 that sucks for video quality and DVD playback.

Why have HD DVD's when I can have HD movies from XBL stored in my hard drive?I agree blu-ray sucks.anyway else get the Oasis song reference?
Who cares about Japan? I don't live there and dont' benefit from them having online play. I want online play where I live, not a half a world away. Xbox Live is king and Nintendo can atleast try to emulate it.
