Quantic Dream has finally done it everyone!

Now that's a milestone to be proud of. Played it once when it came to PC, been meaning to replay it just to see different outcomes. Will definitely do that in January 2024. That being said, I'm now curious as to how they'll handle Star Wars: Eclipse.

It's what Blade Runner should have been.

Amazing cinematic game. I would like to see more of these games. The ending was a bit of a let down however.

It's cool to see that older games can still find success and people aren't only focusing on new releases.

It is not like movie games aren't your thing. You have recommended at least a couple of them.

And it'll be a good few years before we get the Star Wars game lol.

Awesome game. Well deserved.

I think it's worth playing if you played Heavy Rain way back on PS3. Detroit: Become Human might still be on PS+ so no need to pay full price despite its an old title that's still good to this day checking out.

I liked it. The morals were kinda heavy handed, but hey, that's David Cage for you. It's probably Quantic Dream's best game since Heavy Rain. (I still need to play Beyond: Two Souls)

It was a surprisingly good game.

Even tho i don't like their games, i should have downloaded it when it was free on psn.

I like their games and am happy for them. I keep hoping at some point they'll take this kind of storytelling to a new level though.

My son played it, I watched him play it for an hour or so and that was enough for me, definitely not my kind of game.

Good for them. Might not be my preferred genre, but it was a good game.

It was one of the few games I bought for my PS4 that I enjoyed, and I generally don't like cinematic games like this.

I think I have this in my library thanks to some free offering on PS+ or what not. Should probably check it out someday.

I haven't played it yet but it's installed, just when I find the time. I'm particularly interested just because when I played previous David Cage games, Indigo Prophecy / Fahrenheit specifically, the game had so much depth to the choices and consequences that really carried the story different directions.

This aspect to his game designs seemed to diminish with each new release, from Heavy Rain, and practically non-existent in Beyond Two Souls. But I still loved Beyond Two Souls just for the story. Anyhow, supposedly the subtle choices players make through the game were supposed to have greater impacts to how the story unravels, so, looking forward to seeing if it lives up to that.

@lamprey263: Detroit reminded me why I like Quantic Dream games. The small choices you make really do matter. It's a back to form for the studio I think. Way better as far as dialogue and consequences than Beyond Two Souls.

Well, the game will be sh*t as there's no gameplay however I heard it has good waifus in it. Ghost you should play it.

@davillain: May not be the right place to ask, but is anyone gonna fix the notifications? They haven't worked for over a month now. It's pretty annoying to have no idea who replies to me.

GS Staff is aware of the issue, the problem is that, is the holiday, and the Staff are on holiday break until after the new year. So expect work to be underway after January 1st.

I totally agree it is annoying as I'm not sure who's replying to me and I have to revisit a thread just in case. So annoyed about not having my notification on.

One of my fav cinematic adventures games with a great story and amazing graphics.

Probably quantic dream's best game, your decisions actually matter and the performances are great. It's still full of typical genre tropes, cliches and melodrama though lol.

no game actually worth full price. but Robocop worth more than AAA games today.

it feel like old school game but slow (because robocop walk slow) and have 2 weapon limit (Robocop in general only use Auto 9 signature pistol. weapon variety doesnot matter in robocop).

People hate on the strangest of things. It's a great game and nothing is stopping you from trying out a genre out of your normal wheelhouse. Games like this are a cool mix between movies and games. It isn't something I always want to play, but in a group with everyone making decisions as a family can be a lot of fun. I've played through this game and several others similar to it as well like Until Dawn, The Quarry, and the rest of those games as well. Hell, some even have multiplayer where different friends or family members can make the decisions for different characters.

@lamprey263: I don't think that's true. That's probably just a standard email that gets sent out for every download. I highly doubt they count those as "sales"

I forgot that they send these messages for PS+ games. This strongly indicates that they count these transactions as purchases.
