According to the 1UP podcast, yes, it will be available online later this year some time. Sucks for the VF players but then again, if Namco can implement online with a "patch update", why can't AM2 just suck it up and give VF fans an online experience?

we'll see. I expect the true nextGen Tekken to be online. but I'll have fun playing Japanese version of DR for now.

No ghost mode either.

Straight up online. I'd say it's possible if you got 6MB or more with at least 768K up.
