I do and DOA 4 also scored higher in Famitsu who has played and reviewed both games. DOA 4 scored 39/40 and only 15 other games have ever scored that high... VF 2 and Tekken 3 being two of them. DOA might not have been the best in the past but only people who haven't played DOA 4 think it isn't comparable if not the best today.
