Which action game should I get?

I am trying to figure out which action game between the ones on this list to get. So please tell me which one you would get if you were me and please don't say any spoilers.

1. Vainquish.
2. Bayonetta.
3. Velvet Assassin.
4. Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands
5. Prince of Persia (2008)
6. Prototype.
7. Red Faction: Armaggeddon.
8. Resident Evil 5
9. Dead Space
10. Lost Planet: Colonies Edition.
11. Shadows of the Damned.

So game should I get?

If you want a free form, deep action game, get Bayonetta.

From your list, you might enjoy Swords and Soldiers

I don't know, I bought Shadows of the Damned and wasn't motivated to beat it... so I traded it in for another copy of Red Dead.

Out of those, I'd say Prototype or Vanquish. Though all of them are great games. Those are my two personal favorites.

Vanquish

Vanquish is the shot of adrenalin that you crave.

Vanquish is an incredibly fast and entertaining shooter like nothing you've ever played, although its short with no other features really to go on past the 5 hour campaign.

Bayonetta also has very fast and fun gameplay, but its so friggin stupid.

If you don't like the JRPG stuff, its easily Vanquish. If you do like it, you can't go wrong with Bayonetta. I couldn't get past it though, I hated that game.

Oh crap, I'm sorry I wasn't thinking. Bayonetta isn't an RPG. I mean the Japanese themes to it. I feel like all the garbage that comes out of Japan is a JRPG (they make some good non-RPGs still). Not to say Bayonetta is trash, but I HATE its art style. Please excuse my mental fart.

I finished Shadows of the Damned yesterday though and didn't like it that much. It was just meh to me.

4-6 hours.. ouch.. guess it might be worth it depending on the price. I hope to find it for about 20$

What type of game are you looking for? Bayonetta and Prototype are like hand-to-hand combat, Prince of Persia are actions in games in the same vein that people would call mario Galaxy an action game... meaning they aren't action games, aand the rest are shooters.

I'm not a big shooter fan but I loved RE5 and still play it to this day. There is a lot of content to that game, especially if you buy the gold version. Bayonetta is easily the best hand-to-hand game (excluding fighting games) this gen. I'd go with one of those.

Vanquish. You will NOT regret it.
