I really don't see how anyone likes this

My friend is a huge fan and I had never played it so he threw the controller in my hands and told me to play the match he just joined. Immediately, I am treated to a bug filled cutscene that looks so bad I, along with a few other friends, started laughing. And thus I was thrown into the fire and watched as Jason took us apart one by one.

So let's address the gameplay. There are very limited options for a player in terms of stopping Jason and in order to truly defeat him takes a lot of skill and a lot more luck. Jason, however, is insanely overpowered with all these cool skills and can easily find/pick apart the counsellors. Which is rather frustrating considering counsellors has pretty much no chance if you are facing a player who is skilled using Jason. So it's pretty much just awkwardly running around and hiding in hopes of waiting out the game.

Another part of the gameplay which frustrated me is that you can jump through windows and not over a small porch in order to avoid Jason. You can use one of the numerous bugs in the game, as mentioned above, to avoid being killed. And even to fix the car, It's such a pain because everyone has to work together and most people just tend to do their own things. It's quite annoying.

And speaking of bugs and glitches, There's a lot of them. So many visual bugs that they're almost pathetically laughable. There have been so many patches and this game still looks like it's been beaten with a hot iron. It's the weakest part of the game and I say shame on the company for not addressing and fixing these long lingering issues but they continue to pump out paid DLC. What a shame.

Overall: 1/10

Honestly, I am disappointed with gamers that continue to support this game. I get it, I was hyped for it too and was very disappointed with the end product. It still doesn't even feel like a complete game with the numerous bugs and limited maps to play on. This has been and still is a very incomplete and broken game. It's gonna require a nearly complete overhaul to make it worth checking out IMO.
