Infamous is an alright game to pick up, and it would be harder to answer why than to answer why not.

Infamous 2 is a decent game in the sense that it doesn't pretend to be more than what it is. It's a fun, lightning and electrifying action game with a somewhat interesting story. I'm not really a fan of comic 2d animated cutscences but infamous gets away with it. The characters in the game with the condition of the open world style and the size of the map, can only be deep and detailed to a certain extent without stealing attention away from the story, thus, you have well created and voiced characters but you may stll find yourself detached from these people. Gameplay Is fun and exciting. You'll find you become just as unpredictable as other characters in a game. You can be walking down the road and suddenly have a hitch to blast a pedestrian into bits or you can instead decide to save a life. This is one big part of the game; you have the choice of being good or being a douche. If you're good, the city loves you and you get a cheer when you glide by, and if you're bad, you're red and people flee at the sight of you. Infamous' story isn't something I myself can get knee deep in, but it's something worth checking out and you might find a few fun moments and factors within the game.
