A Perfect RPG.
There are minor changes here and there you can look up on Google, but expect the same game, story, and themes throughout. I'd only say my one gripe is the developers changing the theme music to Burg (your home village), as the iconic music really made a lasting impression on me in the Sega CD version. That aside, I'm really impressed with all the new animation sequences, sound fx improvements, and overall polish they gave this game.
If you haven't played this game, let alone heard of it, go pick it up if you can find it. It's worth every hour spent.
