So much better than partners in time!

There are a couple of mario rpg's that include bowser as a playable character. But this is the first rpg to utilize a lot of bowser's abilities, other than just flamethrowing. These abilities include body slamming, using minions in battle, sucking in small enemies for mario and luigi to fight, punching, slide punching, and rolling into a spiky ball. There is a variety of special attacks for mario, luigi, and bowser. There is also a variety of enemies and interesting ways to block and counterattack enemy moves. This game, unlike partners in time, utilized a lot of the ds functions for bowser's special attacks, and for giant boss battles. The normal boss battles are epic, where these bosses have a variety of abilities, and most of these boss battles require teamwork between the mario bros and bowser. Inside bowser's bodies, there are a lot of fun minigames with mario and luigi. Also, the challenge node and a massage place in the mushroom kingdom have fun minigames based on special attacks and stronger versions of bosses inside bowsers body. The only negative side of this game is that the first 1-3 hours playing as mario and luigi can be monotonous since there isn't a variety of enemies and ways to dodge attacks, and mario and luigi only have basic moves.
Good: Good bosses, fun moves with bowser, fun special moves, epic giant bosses, good use of Touch Screen, fun extras, variety of enemies, variety of enemy moves and ways to dodge them, fun minigames
