Okay but not what I was hoping for

I completely loved Ultimate Alliance 1 and was so pumped to play this new version of it. Well for my birthday my wife bought it for me as well as Red Dead Redemption. I excitedly put it in the 360 and soon my excitement turned to boredom. UA1 kept you going with the story and gameplay but this one it seemed more of a chore to get through. The only saving grace was that I continually played Deadpool the whole way through (which you could do in 1 also). Yes I did play and beat it just hoping it would get better or show more substance but it never did, for me at least. All the screen shots I had seen were larger than life and great graphically, what I saw was like looking at ants on the lawn and about the same graphics as the XBOX. I coninually had camera issues where I would enter rooms blindly and never be able to see what I was doing. As far as the "innovative" combining powers, it lost its luster to me about the third time I did it and I felt the wow factor was totally muted when half the time you couldn't see what it was doing. On that note the "combined powers" rarely ever seemed to do hardly any damage, as you would think an ULTIMATE power combination should do. In closing I won't say it's horrible but I definately think it could , no, it should have been better. On a side note, the day I beat it I returned it to EB, put the money on my wife's ME3 preorder and happily got immersed in Assassins Creed 2.
