I've played Mortal Kombat games over the years but none were ever like this.Mortal Kombat Advance takes the cake for one of worst fighting games for the game-boy advance. Many people would think wow this is gonna be great, but i bet you when this came out and played it they felt as they were getting hit by scorpion's flying punch repeatedly in the face.when i started this game i came up to character select list and saw a lot of characters.I thought this could be good.i pick sub zero without the mask(why is there 2 sub-zeros?).I fight scorpion, and when it said FIGHT, scorpion started disappearing, doing flying punches, leg sweeps, and the chain grapple.he did that in seconds and i got one hit on him also, that was on medium difficulty!.Went back to the title screen picked easy and i picked scorpion.I fight scorpion he stood a few second, blocking and just went back to kicking my ass.I was pissed because the difficulty change didn't help at all. I give gameplay a 1.0 because you won't be able to get past the first stage the fighting feels stiff.Difficulty is a 1.0 because no matter what difficulty choose easiest easy, medium, hard and hardest the outcome will be the same you will lose 85% of the time.Sound is 1.0 because it's pretty crappy with repeated sounds in most stages.A.I is a 1.0 because the opponents mostly spam an attack. The replayability is none because there is no extras, training or anything worthwhile. If you want to test you're might don't because you'll lose the fight....A LOT.
