It just doesn't feel like Mortal Kombat, But that's not to say it's terrible. Hardcore MK fans will be dissapointed

Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe is a mediocre game, its engine is good, the fighting is generally good, I was never amazing at massive combos but at least have a few meaty punch combos in there, its part of Mortal Kombat The problems were the characters, its not that the characters were bad, there just wasn't enough of them, theirs so many MK characters we know and love, but so far theirs only one game we see them all in and you cant even get that in the UK !! and the story, well its short and that's only good thing I can say about it, its boring and doesn't suck you in at all, you couldn't care about the story you just like seeing your favourite DC characters and MK characters clash in battle, if their going to put in a story at least make it good, the open world idea like deception was awesome and id love it if they went back to that. The game gets tiring really easily i mean your going to get a short story mode then the online NEEDS to work, and its hard enough to find a game, to find one without lag takes ages. The gore, why oh why did they take away that o'so sweet bloody mess that was MK, it's just not MK without the gore.
They need to bring back the originality in the game, I think that's where they went wrong, the worst thing they did was take away the originality of it that we all know and love, they took away the Mortal Kombat that we liked.
MK 9 will hopefully do a lot better I think they should put every MK character in the new game and put it back to full gore, MK vs. DC was disappointing, plus if they're going to have a story at least make it a good one but i think the open world element would be better, make the game play better in way of more combos don't get me wrong I loved the more gritty up close fighting of DC but just throw in some meaty combos to give it that originality.
