Like the anime, love the game!

Longevity: 6/10 -
Suited for more casual players, the hardcore gamer will easily complete this in an afternoon of 5-6hrs worth of gameplay, though side quests and extra exploring do extend this gameplay.

Storyline: 7/10 -
If you're closely familiar with the Naruto anime, you will understand the storyline in Ultimate adventure mode as soon as play begins. Unfortunately anyone new to the Ninja world will be left confused and it seems the game was made this way - only for the Naruto fans. You will enjoy the narration and real-actor voices found throughout. The storyline does well to capture many of the major battles and events that occur in the series. Unfortunately the battle mode between players quickly becomes repetitive, lacking no real strategy or tactics when multi-player fighting.

Controls: 8/10 -
If you've played it's predecessor 'Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm' and enjoyed the gaming controls here, it's likely you will find the controls here appealing. Movement and creating effective combos becomes comfortable quickly and brings you closer into the ninja world however the fighting system does lack depth which seems common in the anime to game systems.

Atmosphere: 8/10 -
The world of Naruto does come alive in this game, and it features many memorable sites seen throughout the story and many actor's voice-over their respective character's. The fighting scenes are epic and the quick cut-scenes are amazing to watch.

Graphics & Sound: 7/10 -
I was extremely impressed that the character's kept their respective voice-over's. The music was true to the anime and the sound effects were fantastic. From every kunai thrown to every footstep made, it seems a great deal went into making the sound effects and character voices perfect.

Overall: 7.5/10 -
Once you've completed the game a few months later you'd probably pull it out again to play. If you're a Naruto anime fan, I'm sure you will get great enjoyment from this game, however if you're a hardcore gamer I'd give this a miss, as a single afternoon of gaming will see this one finished.
