I have played most of the Need for speed games. And this is the most underestimated of all in the series. Yes. It does not have the same "feel" as the previous Need for Speed games. But the Need for Speed series was only good up to Underground 2. From Most Wanted to Undercover was the physics of the game all wrong. Worst was probably Undercover. (Have not tested NFS World) Sure. The feeling isn´t more realistic in Hot Pursuit 3 than the previous games, but its more fun. It feels almost like an combination between Burnout Paradise and the old Hot Pursuit, which I really like. Another thing i like with this game is the environments, and the variation. The forest reminds me of the early NSF games and "the good old times".
I give it 8/10 because it is the best NFS game in a long time!
