The game felt at first like a incomplete game with short races and not that much excitement (almost to the point of mini-game status).
Then... it happened.. I got a preview of the cars next to get and I was hooked...

I LOVED IT I FELT SO FREE!!!

It was amazing the controls felt like Burnout Paradise so i could race as fast as i wanted. Im going for Platinum right now and am a lvl 12 racer and a lvl 4 cop.
(I think you might have figured out which one i like best!)
The more I play the more I feel like I like the time back in 2000 when i was playing the windows 95 version of this game.
Dont you remember that one?
Trust me. When i look back on that game i cant tell they took as much information from the previous and took the PS3 and made the game even better. With the graphics and everything else.

The only reason im giving this a 9.5 is because of the REALLY slow start. ah well no one is perfect!
