Yeah, I guess RTS games count. Once so far; still gotta get on those expansions...now that I have the full edition, that should be doable.
Beat this twice, likewise for Titans expansion.
This one is seriously hard!
At least three times. I played and replayed it a bunch when I first got it around the time it first came out. Man...that was so long ago...
Just once, which is a shame, given its multiple endings. But I'm a bit tired of it now, like FF6.
Over three times. So glad it's available digitally on GOG, so I can beat it again someday, haha.
Twice, I think? Maybe even more?
Took me YEARS! Stupid slow computers and uber-tense last level. Also beat the Mercenaries expansion.
A few too many times, and I didn't even play it online, or go on to the Nightmare or Hell difficulties. Kind of wasted my life with this. Glad it's gone now.
Countless times.
Probably beat it the most times of the three.
Twice; middling game but intrigued me enough that I restarted the game upon completing it the first time and made different choices to see what changed. Not entirely worth it, if I'm honest...
Thank GOD a sequel came out. The ending of this game...good grief.
Just the once. Tried a second playthrough but didn't feel up for it after a while. Still, what a great game.
At least three times. God, I love this game.
WAY too many times.
Beat the last boss in one try, too! I'm so proud of that, I'm kinda afraid to play it again. I'm not really feeling a redo anyway, though. I got all I needed the first time around. Although with that remake coming out...
Twice. Man, that last dungeon really is really disappointing compared to other FFs.
FINALLY. I have to amend my praise for the game after that ending, though. Kind of...underwhelming. Lacks the emotional closure we saw in FFX. I think that was in order to capitalize on a sequel, perhaps, given how well X-2 sold.
Man, seriously wish the other Grandias were as good...
Once, and MAN: You suck, David Cage. I have no idea how you got so many people so excited about this game back in the day. It is AWFUL.
Hard to do with the French version of the game if you don't speak the language, but FAQs helped out. I may have even done it twice. Man, I must have been bored, if I did.
At least twice, not that it's anything to brag about.
Story mode and arcade mode with every character. That really shouldn't sound like bragging; all of that was on easy mode. I really suck at video games.
(The original CD-ROM version, not the new HD/VR version) A few times, can't remember how many. I don't think I played the original version since I first encountered it in middle school...maybe even elementary school!
At least twice. Maybe three times?
Twice. It's a nice game, but man, does it get silly towards the end.
Gods, what a bleak game...
Just the standard good ending (and the bad ending when you screw up the December decision), not the Golden Ending. I want to play it again and get it though, since it might be the canon ending before picking up P4 Ultimax...
(PS1 version) Ugh, did not like that final area...weirdly intrigued by the extra content in the PSP version, but I doubt it's worth it...
Three times, at least.
Emulated, of course. Surprisingly deep, but the battle system is crazy. I wonder what a re-release would be like. Impossible, most likely.
Just the main campaign, which, CHRIST, took me forever. On top of hearing generally negative things about the bonus "The Answer" campaign, I started it and...yeah, I cannot endure that battle system any longer, especially if it's gonna be way harder.
Twice. Still enjoyed the heck out of it, but it's admittedly not as good the second time around...
Surprisingly fun.
Surprisingly unfun.
Twice or so. Ah, so good.
Twice, and now I'm done. Not gonna bother with those dull and frustrating optional dungeons either. Ugh, there's no real replay value here! Though I gotta say, that battle system is -not- bad.
Once. Seemed way easier with Claude than Rena, but it actually depends on if you can find some super useful armor early on...
Countless times with each character, at least on the SNES version, of all things.
Do fighting games count? Eh. Beat it with every character at least twice.
So many endings didn't make sense...
At least three times...
I'm really bad at these SFII series games. I only beat it with all characters once.
Story-wise, not much clearer than SF4. I'm glad USF4 didn't actually bring out any new character endings, so I wouldn't feel quite so compelled to buy it. I have since done so, but just for nostalgia, really.
Twice. Even though I got sick of it, I still miss this one every now and again.
The first RPG in which I got characters to level 99. Even though that was on emulator. I didn't use game genie or anything, but I did use save states, though, so I guess that makes that achievement illegitimate...
Once, and I think that was enough, even with all the extra stuff. Not as fun as ToL, controversial a statement as that is. But at least here the story sticks around until the end...
I tried a second time, but it just wasn't the same. Kind of a sad reality of games, even with such sublime narratives. Also, I'm older than I was back then, an emotional starry-eyed teenager who related to the lonely poetry and angst here. Do I miss those years? Hmm...
Countless times. It's short enough to beat in a day, too. Not that worth it...
Lovely upgrade to the old game, but that final puzzle is ridiculous. Literally took me a year, half to focus on it, and half because I was so angry at having to do it.
Got all the achievements too! Not like that's very difficult; this game is pretty easy.
FINALLY! Gets a little goofy towards the end, but still so satisfying,
FINALLY, after SIXTEEN years. Damn, what a great game.
Twice now. For the longest time, was the only Thief game I'd beaten...
Wish this was longer! What a perfectly lovely game.
(Masterpiece Edition) Got all the achievements also, though that's *really* not that hard with a game like this.
