"i can't describe the experience of rez, with words..."
words cannot express the feelings you get from a game like rez. if i try to explain it all logically to you then that would defeat the point of it all. there is no point in reducing the experience of rez to 'gameplay' this or 'graphics' that. rez combines all media, integrating it into a whole. you can't take take it all apart because it all exists simultaneously, feeding off each other.
rez is an emotional, spiritual experience, so my advice is: try to play it on a big TV with good speakers and play it at a time when you're not distracted or distracting anyone else. don't think, just feel, and keep that feeling inside of you and you'll know what rez is.
