Shadow of the Colossus leaves one thought in my mind, Breath-Taking. The beautiful graphics, stunning concept, and stirring story make you want to be in the game. I only got to play the official demo, but that was all it took. I battled with the Colossus with a club. I'm not going to spoil it by explaining how to reach the head of this great beast, but I am going to explain the final seconds of it's majestic existence. Upon reaching the top of the colossus, you see a glowing symbol. Your first reaction is to stab the symbol, and it is the right one, but you will hurt as you do. As soon as the blade enters, the colossus lets out a roar; and thick, black blood comes spurting out of the wound. With every stab the colossus cries in agony, while violently trying to shake you free. It hurts you to see such a majestic being destroyed, and the demo does not go into great lengths explaining why it had to die. After it falls you sit there, and wonder if you made the right choice, you may never know.
