just like dream

This remains to be one of those unique games that one finds hard to part with. It's one of those games that makes you feel like you are in a dream....the ernomous giants, the graphics that have only a small touch of colour...everything.
The games carries you away emotionally....you're almost in tears when Agro falls to his apparent death, or when you watch Wander helplessy try to reach the princess as an arrow pierces his leg and a sword pierces his heart....you are one with the character. In the other games I've played the monster can ony be attacked through minigames or just hitting some part of their body. It took me like one whole hour to figure out how to beat the first collosus. I spent most of my time trying to run away from It searching for some super powered device that would make me big so I could face it or have some weapon to zap it (that's what I thought) I tried shooting as many arrows as I could at it but they just stuck on its body. Then by mistake, while trying to escape I grabbed its legs and found out I could climb it. That's how unique the game was.
My only problem was unresponsive contols and, when on a high ledge,say..when reaching the third collosus you could only pray that the buttons did not fail you so you'd have to repeat the whole process.
