I can't fathom a 9

How on earth did they rate this a 9. I played one hour of this game and returned it as it didn't even feel like a CIV game. CIV 5 is by far the best version. This one frankly, IMO, is not even worth mentioning. It felt like a step backwards in the genre and franchise. So unless they have conducted a complete overhaul of this title only then would a revisit happen.
