Not worth your money. Bugs are not the only thing your going to get out of this game. Technical or otherwise.

I absolutely loved the original Sims for PC, I spent. Well, way to much of my time on that game. Progression through jobs, making money, and pimping your house is what made the series fun. When I first heard that the game was making a jump into platform and handheld arena, I was extremely hyped up, "I can take the awesomeness of The Sims, anywhere!". The first GBA game was an interesting unique experience. Instead of being free-roaming and doing whatever you wanted, this time around, a story was in place. It was a little troublesome getting into that aspect of the game, yet, it was a blast. Near the DS's third (?) birthday, three-dimensional games were still a rare find (I almost used "rare treat" instead, but the 3-D games that were available were headache inducing pains, no treats there,) The Sims 2 came out for Nintendo's dual screen touting system, I knew I had to pick it up. A week or so after its launch, I took a trip down to Wal-Mart. Long story short, about a week later, I returned it. Long story, long however, you begin the game driving through the desert, ala Area 51, your car happens to break down in this small (extremely small) town and somehow manage to become the owner of a, for some reason, "swanky" hotel. The game progressed very smoothly, that is until you were required to venture out into the desert to retrieve missing furniture from your hotel. When you complete this mission, I'm not really sure what caused this to happen but, after saving your game and loading it, the games textures didn't load and caused everyone to look like television static. You would walk into rooms and then the game would freeze and sound glitches would plague your ears until you turned the system off. Trying to restart my gameā€¦several times, was a pointless waste of my time. I'm not too sure if these problems were just a small sample of the games sent out to the public. In my opinion, stay away from this game; you will gain nothing in the way of fun from this broken, and now stale game.
