A good RTS game,but gets old over time.
this game is a good/okay game,its good for a while then it gets old and sometimes boring.i have had fun with this game for a while,about 2 weeks of solid playtime and it was still fun.then it will start to get boring after u bet the game around 3 times but the game is diffrent every time.
the story is simple,its in the mid future, oil has almost run out,the USA is lunching a space-ship that will make a sheild over the country to protect them from missles,EUP is'nt happy with that and shoots down the space-ship and that starts the war between the USA and EUP ,and RUSSIA see's a chance to get oil from EUP & USA and so they get into the fight making it a WW3.but of corse there was some anger over the countrys b4 this cuz they was "fighting" over oil.
gameplay starts out b4 the space-ship is shot down,a "strange" army has attacked Russia , USA and EUP.( i cant tell u more about that cuz it will ruin the story ) but u play as Russia, USA and EUP .threw out that time it pretty much tells u how to play,each mission will give u difrent units to try out b4 u get in to the real game.
once u comeplete about 6 missions of the story leading up to WW3,u get to chose if u wont to be the USA , EUP or Russia.once u choose ,u pick ur typ of army , then u start,when u start the real WW3 u get to choose witch battle u wont to fight,and once u comeplete a battle u get X-points that u can spend at a barracks to upgrade ur units,so u can buy camo suits better weapons incress the speed of units and add ammor and stealth abilty's.that kinda stuff.u keep choosing battles and if u win u take over the section and can move on or they mite attack back to try to retake that section.
the gameplay is fun if ur into RTS games,its easy to control and very simple layout.selecting units is simple. the main object's r death-match , conquest ( capture atlest hafe of the uplinks "uplinks r base's that u send ur units into to capture once captured u can upgrad them to call in airstrikes or EMP strikes" ) and then theres raids ( raids r where u "raid" a airbase or army base to try to destroy atlest hafe of the buildings,if u win than that army base or air base wont work for a while and that meens they cant call in airstrikes near bye ).
i got the book about this game and it dosnt help much,so u dont need that.
the voice command , not sure what to say,i gess it would work okay if u dont got a speach problem ( like i do ).it wont under stand u to well.its easy'er to just use the buttons.
but this game is a fun game but gets boring after a while,but then u can get back in to it after a while,so its a mix of good and boring.
the grafics r okay.but can be sloppy.
this is a must buy for RTS fans,if u dont like RTS than dont bother.i think this is a good game and will keep u happy for a while but can get boring.
overall its a 8/10.
