Trine 2 is beautiful, interesting and just fun to play.

Trine 2 is sort of a 2d platformer with a 3d feel which involves much puzzle solving with some combat mixed in. What really pulls you in is the world. It's gorgeous. Trine 2 is one of the most beautiful games I've ever seen or played.

The point of the game is to play the story out which involves 3 characters you can skip back and forth from. A knight, a thief, and a wizard. The voice acting is very good. The music is great, and the graphics are amazing. The puzzles are not particularly hard but some can really stump you. The combat is just plain easy and the game should always be on the difficult setting. Even still, there are some tough battles to be had in which you will die. The story itself is also very interesting. All of those attributes equate to a very good game.

If you haven't played Trine 2, do so. You'll be happy you did.

-Graphics 10/10

-Gameplay 8.5/10 side scroller but with some cool abilities and nice feeling combat and movement.

-Animations 8.5/10 The characters attack and move in a very appealing way. Nothing super special but perfect for what Trine 2 is.

-Story 8.5/10 Just an enjoyable story but not incredibly immersive.
